Relationship Support
Get personalized online support for attachment and relationship challenges with registered psychotherapist, Jessy Boudreau.
What is Attachment Theory?
Attachment theory explores how early relationships and experiences shape the ways we connect, communicate, and trust others. These patterns often carry into adult relationships, influencing how we handle conflict, intimacy, and emotional closeness. Understanding your attachment style can help you identify recurring patterns, break unhelpful cycles, and create healthier, more secure connections.
Relationship Support with Boudreau Counselling
Jessy provides a non-judgmental, unbiased space to explore your relationship patterns and attachment needs. Through her guidance, you and your partner can:
Understand each other’s attachment styles and emotional needs
Communicate more effectively with curiosity and empathy
Resolve conflicts without blame or defensiveness
Build trust, safety, and emotional intimacy
Strengthen connection and foster mutual support
Her approach blends mindfulness, self-compassion, structured dialogue, and evidence-based techniques to help couples move from patterns of disconnection toward deeper understanding, closeness, and long-term relational growth.

Our Approach
I believe therapy should feel comfortable and down to earth. My goal is to meet you exactly where you are, with warmth, curiosity, and compassion. You can expect that I’ll show up authentically in each session, giving you permission to bring your whole Self too.
At the core of my work is a foundation of mindfulness and self-compassion. These are approaches that invite you to understand yourself, rather than judge yourself. Through this lens, healing becomes less about “fixing” and more about coming home to who you truly are.
