I have been helping people in the mental health field for over 10 years now. I have completed my masters degree in counselling psychology at Yorkville University and am a registered psychotherapist. I have an undergrad degree in psychology from Nipissing University and a diploma in mental health and addictions from Canadore College. I believe that therapy should be comfortable and down to earth, meeting each client where they are. You can expect that I will show up authentically and genuinely to each session, giving you the safe space to be your full Self too. I have experience working with depression, anxiety and relationship difficulties. I especially love to work with women who struggle with codependency and unfulfilling relationships.
When I am not working, and not relaxing with a book, you might see me hiking on trails with my dog Rudy. I also enjoy painting, collecting rocks, joyful movement, travelling, and writing. I am a curious person and explorer at heart.
