About Boudreau Counselling
Online psychotherapy for individuals and couples in North Bay, Ontario
Meet Jessy Boudreau
I’ve been supporting people in the mental health field for over ten years, helping clients navigate life’s challenges and reconnect with their sense of self. I hold a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University, a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Nipissing University, and a Diploma in Mental Health and Addictions from Canadore College. As a Registered Psychotherapist (CRPO), I’m committed to creating a space that feels safe, collaborative, and deeply human.
Over the years, I’ve supported clients working through anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, disordered eating, and neurodivergence. I especially love helping women who feel stuck in cycles of codependency or unfulfilling relationships learn to set boundaries, cultivate self-worth, and build more secure, balanced connections.
When I am not working, and not relaxing with a book, you might see me hiking on trails with my dog Rudy. I also enjoy painting, collecting rocks, joyful movement, travelling, and writing. I am a curious person and explorer at heart.

Our Approach
I believe therapy should feel comfortable and down to earth. My goal is to meet you exactly where you are, with warmth, curiosity, and compassion. You can expect that I’ll show up authentically in each session, giving you permission to bring your whole Self too.
At the core of my work is a foundation of mindfulness and self-compassion. These are approaches that invite you to understand yourself, rather than judge yourself. Through this lens, healing becomes less about “fixing” and more about coming home to who you truly are.
