This is a 50 minute virtual psychotherapy session where you will be able to share your story, learn more about yourself and your patterns. During sessions, I will help you cultivate the tools you need to get you where you want to go.
This is an 80 minute guided virtual psychotherapy session with you and your significant other. In your sessions you learn how to communicate with your partner, how your childhoods impact your current relationship and how you can help to meet you and your partners needs. We have the power to help heal ourselves and those we love in close relationships, that is, if we are willing to put in the work. In these sessions I will show you how!
Sometimes we need a sounding board and some help settling our minds in between already booked sessions. It can be hard to wait at times and this is why I offer a brief 25 minute check in service. This is booked as needed for clients when something comes up to touch base and be reminded of their innate ability to cope and heal.
Create clear goals you want to work on (I can help you with this).
Before sessions, reflect on your week, what went well and what you would like to work on.
Bring your therapy notebook to each session so you can take notes of insights, patterns and the tools you want to practice.
Bring an open attitude for change and provide feedback so we can adjust as we go.
Practice what you learned in session while in your everyday life for the most success.
Please note that I do not directly bill third party insurers but as I am a registered psychotherapist, my fees can be covered by some insurers. You will be provided with a receipt that you can submit to applicable insurance providers.
